We’re kicking off our maiden voyage with a showcase of hungry young bands on November 3rd. Synthetic Breed present blast-beat driven ‘bio-mechanical’ metal, a fusion of technical metal and slick, cold futuristic nihilism, influenced by Meshuggah and Fear Factory. Ahbrutahl define themselves as ‘experimental grey metal’ – fans of Swedish melodic death will find plenty of riffs to please, influenced by Sinch, In Flames, Deftones, Opeth and GlassJAw. Ethereal Shadows are a young black/death band influenced by the latter-day Scandinavian super-groups.

Media Launch: ZERO TOLERANCE Magazine Australian Launch Party.

ZERO TOLERANCE Magazine is a relative newcomer to the world of publishing, celebrating their first year anniversary in September 2005; however, ZT has already proven that there is demand for this quality publication that champions the unique individual voices of both musicians and writers. Covering the full spectrum of extreme and classic metal genres - and beyond into experimental underground styles - ZT’s mix of ‘Extreme Views On Extreme Music By Extreme People’ is about to invade Australia. ZT’s own Aussie staff writer Talie Helene is hosting this exciting media launch party to celebrate Zero Tolerance coming to Australia, distributed through Warner and available in newsagents and quality retailers. Let’s give ZT a warm Aussie welcome!

Lucky Door Prizes ‘ZT-Shirts’ courtesy of ZERO TOLERANCE.
